Terms of Service
The rules that govern your use of CYBEREYE — written to be readable.
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Service description
CYBEREYE is a software-as-a-service platform that consolidates data from security tools and answers natural-language queries about your security posture. The service is provided by Jonathan & Cyber Ltd., an Israeli company (“CYBEREYE”).
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by your organisation to bind it to these terms. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
- Interfere with the service’s integrity, including by overwhelming it, scraping it, or probing it for vulnerabilities outside our bug bounty program.
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any increase.
5. Termination
You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible. Upon termination you have 30 days to export your data.
6. Intellectual property
CYBEREYE retains all rights to the platform. You retain all rights to your data. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with the same care it uses for its own (no less than reasonable care). This obligation survives termination for three years.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant the service will perform materially in accordance with our documentation. Otherwise, the service is provided “as is”. CYBEREYE is a decision-support tool — you remain responsible for your security decisions.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
Customers in Israel: these terms are governed by Israeli law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv courts.
Customers in the EU/EEA: at your election, these terms may be governed by Irish law and disputes subject to the Dublin courts. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Material changes adverse to you give you the right to terminate without penalty.
